Installation is usually arranged within 24 to 48 hours of signing up, subject to availability, and takes a couple of hours for a typical villa or apartment. You, or someone you trust with a key, should be present so our technician can walk you through the system. If you're not in Spain, we can usually coordinate with your property manager or keyholder.

For villas in Cancelada, Bel Air, El Paraíso or along the New Golden Mile we combine indoor detection with outdoor detectors and cameras, so the system knows someone is on the plot before they reach the house. Every accessible door and window can have its own contact, and the whole thing is watched by our Alarm Receiving Centre around the clock.

Yes. We configure the system for a flow of guests: you decide which zones are protected, guests can be given temporary codes, and you see arrivals and departures in the app. Between bookings the property is fully protected, and you can check it has been left as it should be without driving over.

Yes. We work all along the western Costa del Sol.
