How much does it cost to install a Segurma alarm at home?
Installation is included free with any pack. The monthly fee starts from €24.90/month for 12 months (with the current offer) and then reverts to the corresponding standard fee. Request a no-obligation quote by calling 911 877 095.
What happens if the alarm goes off?
Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) receives the alert within seconds, verifies the break-in through the camera and audio, and notifies the police immediately. We also alert you through the app.
Do I need internet to have an alarm?
The alarm panel works with any type of internet connection or with a redundant 4G/5G mobile link. For the IP cameras we recommend having fibre to guarantee the best video quality.
Can I control the alarm from my phone?
Yes. With the Segurma app you can arm and disarm the alarm, watch the cameras live, speak through two-way audio and receive every alert instantly.
How long is the contract commitment?
24 months on the home packs and 36 months on the business packs. In return you get free installation, technical maintenance included and the promotional fee.
Does Segurma install throughout Spain?
Yes. We install Segurma alarms across mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Is Segurma an authorised security company?
Yes. We are authorised by Spain’s Directorate-General of the Police (DGP no. 3082) and meet the technical and legal requirements demanded of a professional security company.
Is the control centre your own or subcontracted?
